To request an RMA:

1. Create an account or proceed to the next step if you have an active account
2. Login to your account
3. Review, acknowledge and follow our Product Return Policy and Instructions (see link above or below)
4. If product has been in process services other than air, clean water, or clean steam, then complete and upload the Returned Goods Form, upload a copy of the SDS (Safety Data Sheet), and your decontamination procedure (Refer to our Product Return Policy or contact your Customer Service Rep). Click here to print your Returned Goods Form
5. Request a new RMA and submit

You will be able to check the status of the return via this website. Updates will be sent to the email address listed on your account as the status of the return progresses.
